We are pleased to confirm that we will be hosting a BHS Riding School Qualifier, giving riders the opportunity to compete for qualification to the BHS National Riding School Championships.
This event is open to eligible riders wishing to take part in a supportive and well-structured competition environment. The qualifiers are designed to encourage correct riding, accuracy, confidence, and good horsemanship, with horse welfare at the heart of the competition.
Please email jay@theorchard-ec.co.uk to request the documents , including the rulebook, qualifier entry form, schedule, and test sheets (including the Walk and Trot test). All tests will be judged in line with BHS rules and marking criteria, and riders achieving the required scores may qualify to progress to the National Championships, as outlined in the rulebook.
Please ensure all entries are completed correctly and submitted by the stated closing date. We strongly recommend that all participants read the rulebook and familiarise themselves with the test requirements prior to the event.
